• •You do not need to create an account to use Lazy Traveler. Saved trips are stored on your device.
• •Trip suggestions are informational only. Always verify hours, safety, prices, weather, accessibility, tickets, menus, and local conditions before you travel. Lazy Traveler does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggested destination or activity.
• •Trip plans are generated using AI and may contain errors or outdated information. Use them as starting points, not definitive travel instructions.
• •You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content without permission, or use the tool for unlawful purposes.
• •Content you create with Lazy Traveler belongs to you. The Lazy Traveler interface, branding, and code remain our property.
• •We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use of Lazy Traveler after updates means you accept the revised terms.
• •Lazy Traveler is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed reservations, travel issues, inaccurate suggestions, or problems arising from your use of AI-generated trip plans.
• •Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
